Pasteurised liquid egg white
Pure protein. Maximum foaminess.
Liquid egg white is made from fresh eggs without additives and is a concentrate of high-quality protein rich in amino acids.
It is well absorbed by the body and is suitable for mousses, marshmallows, meringues, soufflés and creams due to its ability to form a stable foam. Pasteurisation guarantees safety and stability.
Available fresh and frozen (-18°C). The optimal solution for bakeries, shops and confectioneries.
Pasteurised liquid egg yolk
Natural base for sauces and creams
Liquid egg yolk is made from fresh eggs by separating the white and is pasteurised for complete safety. Due to its high fat content (32.6%), it is a key ingredient in mayonnaises, sauces, creams and baked goods.
The natural emulsifying properties of the egg yolk contribute to a homogeneous texture - ideal for stable emulsions in food production.
Pasteurised liquid egg melange
A complete egg in a convenient format
The liquid melange combines egg white and egg yolk in a natural ratio - a convenient and safe product for professional and home use. Pasteurised for stability and hermetically sealed for easy dispensing.
It is ideal for baking, sauces, omelettes and any dish that requires a natural egg in liquid form.
