Feed

We prepare our own feed from natural ingredients that are subjected to rigorous laboratory testing. It contains only high-quality corn, wheat, soybean oil, soybean cake, soybean and sunflower meal.
The formulation of the feed is designed to ensure that each hen receives a balanced, natural diet for healthy growth and high productivity.
Poultry houses
Automated systems provide optimal conditions at all stages, from ventilation and lighting to feeding and egg collection, to reduce stress levels in poultry, maintain their health and ensure consistent productivity.
Production of pasteurised mélange
Each egg is carefully processed - checked, sorted and pasteurised on modern equipment with hygiene standards controlled at every stage.
We produce mélange with a guarantee of food safety, consistent quality and convenient packaging for industrial use. It is an ideal ingredient for bakery and confectionery production.
Soybean oil and meal production
We process soybeans on our own using modern equipment, preserving the maximum nutritional value.
The resulting oil cake and oil are the basis for our feed production. This allows us to control quality from the first grain and guarantee natural, balanced nutrition for poultry.
Refrigeration complex - a guarantee of freshness
Freshness is our priority, and we guarantee it thanks to an innovative refrigeration system with an area of over 4600 m2.
20 tall chambers with Drive-in system and automatic temperature (O to 5C) and humidity control (75-95%) ensure optimum conditions for each product.
One chamber can hold up to 1,555,200 eggs or 162,000 kg of product Loading is carried out by modern TM STILL forklifts - quickly, safely and without damage.
The complex is complemented by a 2600m² technological area for order preparation and issuance.
Each batch of products is ready for sale without additional risks or quality losses.

We do not rely on chance - we have a fully autonomous transport and mechanical service. Our own fleet of vehicles, petrol station, car wash, service boxes - this allows us to flexibly plan logistics, respond quickly to changes and keep our vehicles in perfect condition, just as modern business expects.
